'Plaything' may be ready in time for Fajr Int'l Film Festival

Director Mohammad-Ali Sajjadi has provided the latest details on his upcoming film 'Plaything'.

Based on media reports, writer, producer, and director Mohammad Ali Sajjadi has given the latest scoop on the production of his upcoming film 'Plaything'. According to Sajjadi, the sounding and music production have recently begun work, however, there is no rush in completing the technical side along with the final script, as the focus is on the quality of the work.

Regarding his movie's participation in the Fajr International Film Festival, Sajjadi added that the final script will most likely be ready by early December and if everything goes as planned, it will be sent to the festival.

Sajjadi has described his film as a social melodrama, based on a true story, with a touch of suspense and horror.

The story revolves around a man named Mehrdad who marries his friend and coworker's sister, Soodabeh. Upon getting married, they move to Mehrdad's childhood home to live alongside his mother, when they begin to face various incidents.

Roya Teimourian, Reza Babak, along with Setareh Eskandari are among the many stars that will appear in this film.
